Tutorial: Single Punch

This is how to do a single punch, it's stick figures yeah sure, but it's fairly accurate.

Use the arrow keys to scroll through the animation containing instructions, at the end it shows a loop of the result.

_{What's basically going on is when he's getting ready to punch he leans and pulls back for anticipation.
When his shoulders go back his arms come up to a defensive-like position, he starts to throw his punch.
At this point all the force flows from not only his arm but his entire body. The result moves his entire body into the punch.
From this point on he's in a guarding position ready to throw more punches and jabs.}
