So oddly enough after a patch with my Wacom Tablet, the Tablet properties window just wasn't anywhere to be found. If anyone else is having the issue, I've found the solution: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows/bring-misplaced-off-screen-windows-back-to-your-desktop-keyboard-trick/

There's a couple other people out there who also use the name RawGreen that I don't have any correlation with. So if it's not an Animation Forum or 'LeagueOfLegends' I'll have 'Animator' somewhere in my pen-name or an [SFS] tag if it's me.
