Rust Flush

This is called a rust flush, it's where you continually animate at a high frame rate to break yourself into animating more easing and anticipation into your animations.
It can get rough sometimes...ha

Left and Right keys to go through the animation frame by frame.
Press Enter to play.

I got lazy and didn't do the arms, since I usually add them last, hahah xD
Anyways, 30fps with the brush.
